La Clave Community's FREE rueda de casino classes continue this fall on Thursdays in Providence, and you can follow our calendar to stay in the loop about other Cuban music and dance events our group (and others!) are putting on in the Ocean State!
Thank you to all who joined in International Rueda Flash Mob Day! Check out our performance!
Please consider donating to support beloved teacher, dancer, musician, and internationally respected master of Afro-Cuban culture, Roberto Borrell, who at age 79 is battling stage 4 small cell lung cancer. I was fortunate to learn from Roberto and to meet his life partner, Claudia Finkle, while living in the CA Bay Area. He has given to the Cuban music and dance community for over 55 years and it would be beautiful for us to now give back to him - every little bit is appreciated and helps ♡
La Clave Community's calendar aims to provide a centralized location to share Cuban music & dance events happening in Rhode Island. We endeavor to keep this calendar up to date, but it's always a good idea to confirm event details by visiting the organizer's website or social media. If you have an update about an existing event or want us to include a new event on our calendar, please send us an email (laclavecommunity@gmail.com) or IG message (@laclavecommunity)!
